The Volunteer Application window is now open for new and returning volunteers.
All applications that are submitted after Monday, June 10 will not be processed until the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year (Monday, August 12, 2024)

In order to process a volunteer application, the following documents must be completed and returned to the Main Office:

Volunteer Application (signed document - print at home (digital signature) and return to the Main Office or request one to be printed here: physical signature required).

Volunteer Commitment Bulletin - print at home, review/sign/return or one can be requested from the Main Office.

This is the one document that needs to be reviewed because there is an additional requirement that's been added (#21).

Publicity Waiver (Optional) - This is a new document. You can choose to opt in to the waiver or not.

Media Waiver (Optional) - This is a new document. You can choose to opt in to the waiver or not.

If you are a new volunteer, you will need to submit a TB Reading documentation for TB verification.

TB test must be completed 60 days prior to the first day of "volunteering". You can either take a picture of the document and send it to our Community Representative or you can bring a hard copy of the document to the Main Office for verification. We do not keep this document on file and will destroy once verification is complete. You should have the document ready to send in with the rest requested documents.
